At Rangsaaj, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Products with signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns:

• Sale or clearance items
• Customised or altered products
• Accessories such as jewelry or hair accessories

3. Return Process

• Initiate a return request within the return period.
• Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges are offered for the same product in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
• Exchange requests must be made within the return window.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
